Do you offer gluten free, nut free, or vegan options?
I am not able to offer gluten free, nut free, or vegan options at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
To confirm your order, an invoice will be sent via email from my website for credit or debit card payment.

​What is your cancellation policy?
Custom orders can be cancelled up to 10 days prior to the pick up date for a full refund, minus the cost of any set-specific supplies that have already been ordered. ​

Can you ship orders?
I am not able to offer shipping due to California Cottage Food Law.

Do you deliver?
All orders are for local pick up only in San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo area). I don't offer delivery options at this time.

Cookies

Do you offer character cookies?
I will not recreate copyright/trademark protected characters, but I would be happy to work with you on creating a fantastic coordinating set that matches your theme.

What size are the cookies?
Mini cookies are 1.5" - 2.5" & Standard size cookies are 3" - 4.5".

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
There is a 2 dozen minimum for mini cookies and a 1 dozen minimum for standard size.
Mini cookies can also be added to a standard order by the dozen.

How are the cookies packaged?
Cookies come individually heat-sealed in cellophane bags for freshness. Additional wrapping & gift options are available upon request.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies should be kept in their heat-sealed bags and stored in a dry, airtight container. Cookies are best enjoyed within a week.
Cookies should not be refrigerated, but can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reach out if you'd like more info about freezing cookies. It's a great option for ordering ahead and works wonderfully!

Macarons

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
One dozen minimum for macaron orders

Can I mix flavors and colors in my order?
I offer one flavor/color per dozen ordered. You may choose different colors and flavors for the additional dozen(s) ordered.

How are the macarons packaged?
Macarons are packaged in clear, food-safe, boxes with compartment dividers and wrapped with a ribbon. Additional wrapping & gift options are available upon request.

How long do macarons stay fresh?
Macarons can last in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about a week or in the freezer for up to two months.
​
